**Lagos State Government Dismantles Unauthorized Gates in Lekki to Restore Masterplan**
In a move to restore the state’s masterplan and alleviate accessibility challenges faced by residents, the Lagos State government dismantled closed inner road gates in Lekki Phase 1. The gates, erected by some residents, had caused hardship and limited accessibility in the area.
Roads affected by the operation include Sir Rufus Foluso Giwa, Theopilus Oji, Osaro Isokpan, Abike Sulaiman, Ben Okagbue MBA, Olubunmi Rotimi, Olanrewaju Ninalowo, Dele Adedeji, Abayomi Sonuga, Siji Soetan, and Rasheed Alaba Williams.
Commissioner for the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, emphasized the government’s commitment to restoring aesthetics by removing unauthorized gates across the state. He urged residents’ associations with similar gates to voluntarily remove them, acknowledging the need for a healthier environment and adherence to the state’s masterplan.

“I’m not inclined to go down that path, and I am happy with who I am.
If someone dislikes me for my natural body, that’s their issue.
“She reflected on the tattoo trend, noting that while many of her friends and colleagues opted for tattoos, she chose not to get one. Despite this, she remains confident and assured in her identity, asserting, “That choice didn’t stop me from being Biola Adebayo.”
